Octagon concrete box cover with (3) 1/2 in & (2) 3/4 in conduit knockouts are used to cover octagon concrete boxes. Their knockouts are sealed with the surface of the cover to keep out concrete slurry water and debris. Each cover has a 10-32 tapped ground hole. Additionally they have a 3/8 in threaded fixture stud.
