Return Policy

Returned products will be accepted for in store credit, only with written permission from Garvin a Southwire Business Representative (no cash refunds).

All returned products must be shipped to Garvin a Southwire Business, 3700 Sandra Street, Franklin Park, IL 60131, in original packaging unless otherwise directed.

 

 Products that are obsolete, discontinued, customized or more than 12 months old will not be accepted for return or credit.

 

 All returned products are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% (of net order value).

 

Stock Rotation/Overages

 

Quarterly returns will be authorized up to $1,000 with a 2 for 1 replacement order or a 50% restocking fee.

 

A one- time Annual stock return may be authorized if processed before November 15th. This return will be subject to a 1 for 1 replacement order or a 25% restocking fee.

 

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your RMA document. Please allow an additional 7-10 days to receive a credit for returned items.

 

 

Garvin a Southwire Business reserves the right to deny any return for any reason on returns submitted without written permission from a Garvin a Southwire Business Representative.
