Application:
These offset-device covers are used to move a
switch, outlet or plug to one side of a box away from obstacles
present on the job, or for easier wiring access. They’re
commonly used on old boxes in walls that need offset device
installation due to large obtrusive trim mouldings.

Garvin Industries’ one-gang, offset-device ring
design allows the installer to move devices “offset” in any
direction. The cover’s flat surface is keyed to hold plaster or
drywall mud.
