Garvin Industries 4" Square "Offset" Raised Device Covers are used to mount electrical devices and receptacles when the power outlet or low voltage device needs to be moved away from the center of the box. These covers are commonly used when large trim molding will be installed and the box is set too close to framed in door and window openings. These covers are offered in flat, 1/4", 1/2", 5/8" and 1" raised depths to accommodate most finished wall surfaces. Two mounting tabs are threaded for 6-32 machine screws to accommodate most standard wall receptacles, devices, and switches. They are made from rugged, galvanized steel.
