Garvin Industries 4" Square to Round Raised Device Covers are used in walls and ceilings to mount electrical devices, receptacles and light fixtures to steel boxes. Their square to round design has a range of depths that will accommodate finished wall surfaces from flat to 2" deep. These square to round raised device covers have mounting tabs 2.75" on centers and are threaded for 8-32 machine screws. They are made from rugged, galvanized steel.
